New Neighborhood Voice

When we arrived, workers were lowering "Glue Lam Beams" into place
(laminated exposed wooden beams that arch over two large rooms of the library)

welcomed everyone to the ceremony

We all signed the beam with marking pens

And the signal was given to lift the beam

The big crane lowered it into position so the workers could secure it

As Diana Wilkerson-Graham "beamed"
