More excitement and interruption of traffic on
busy Fleming Avenue when a fire erupted in a shed on December 14th last
year. (“E 21” on the back of the fire vehicle indicates that this is a fire
engine, rather than a fire truck, from Station 21 on Mt.
Pleasant Road.) Evening rush-hour traffic was backed up for blocks and drivers
had to find new routes to Alum Rock Avenue.
