Maintaining the Crothers Road Firebreak

Lots of flowers were cut down ...


But not all of them (flowers are painted on the concrete
block to cover the graffiti - this also has to be maintained)

 

Because they were about to be mowed down, we
brought some home - they had very long, flopsy stems


Maybe they look better from this direction?
